The Institute for Soul-Centered Life and Leadership is a teaching, training and consulting cooperative. Integrating business and spiritual practices, we help individuals and organizations grow in awareness of who they are, what they have to offer and how they connect with others to create a collective future, waiting to emerge. We understand that exploration of the inner condition is always necessary for outer transformation. Our programs utilize methodologies and practices from psychology, economics, science, organizational development and ancient wisdom traditions.
Through one-on-one sessions, classes, retreats, creative rituals, and project-based consulting, individuals and organizations gain hands on experience for discovering a deeper Source within and collaborating to serve a greater purpose, whether in life or in work. Our participants develop the skills for compassionate listening, mindful dialogue, intentional engagement and generative co-creation.
